Why use an eSIM instead of a SIM card?

Unlike with a physical SIM card, if your phone is lost or stolen while travelling, nobody will be able to remove the eSIM from it, making your device more secure and easier to find.

Your eSIM gets delivered by email instead of by post. As soon as your order is placed, our system will automatically assign you a QR code (your eSIM) and will send it to your assigned email address.

Instead of waiting for several days (or running around an airport trying to find the best SIM card option), you will receive your eSIM instantly. And it takes only 5 minutes to set up.

Instead of having to manage several different phone numbers, an eSIM does not require you to change your original phone number.

So how can you use a completely different data plan without changing your number? The reason is that an eSIM is digital– not physical, like traditional SIM cards.

An eSIM is much easier to use and set up than a normal SIM card. All you have to do is scan a QR code which we will send by email.

The email will come with full step-by-step instructions on how to set your eSIM up, and if you need some extra help during set-up or after, you can always reach out to our 24/7 customer support team. They are very friendly and will be more than happy to help!
